Dekha Godanti Bhasma

Godanti Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Gypsum.

It is found in white color and appears like the teeth (danta) of the cow, when a stroke is given over the plaques of Gypsum.

Chemically it is known as ‘Dihydrate of Calcium sulphate’.
Godanti Bhasma is a very versatile Ayurvedic preparation, which became very popular due to its easy availability, cheaper cost of preparation and multiple indications.

It is indicated in diseases like pain, fever, gastritis, calcium deficiency, burning sensation, cough, etc.
